I use a splash on my salad almost every day. I put it over unsalted canned sardines to add flavor and saltiness. Also great over fresh tomatoes and with avocado. It's my go-to for flavor and saltiness.

It was out of curiosity when I took a chance on this product due to my love for umeboshi (pickled Japanese plums). For people with health problems, I would not recommend this. You got to know your needs around the kitchen (flavor-wise) for you to take advantage of the merits claimed by this product, but for an ordinary eater as myself where I only have less than a handful of ideas I can use it in, I will not but a second time. If you miss piockled Japanese plums, go for the real thing. It may be quite the challenge to create something like this out of so many tubs of the product but I bet you can achieve something better afterwards. Stay safe.

I have long used this vinegar to flavor dishes and in salad dressing. It has a wonderful tangy taste. I’m never without it.

Love this with cucumber.
