The media could not be loaded. I only buy this brand because it works for me. I take 6 in the morning, which allows me to skip breakfast. I usually eat between 1130 - 1:00pm for lunch. I sometimes drink coffee early in the morning, which also helps keep hunger away. During the Pandemic I gained too much weight, plus my metabolism decided to slow down from age...ugh. So now I have to work harder.I know I have to work out harder and eat less. I am trying all kinds of natural products and of course trying to work out regularly again. I try different supplements to prevent my body from getting used to a specific regimen. So far these tiny capsules work wonders by allowing me to eat less and get full quickly without overeating.

Good product

This product is a staple in my supplements. I take one a day and I notice a huge difference after taking it for three months. I have asthma and it’s helped with that the most. It breaks up and mucus and the inflammation in my airways have decreased. It has improved my immune system drastically. I’m not catching all the colds I typically do, during the winter months. I haven’t been sick at all this season. I’m hopi g with the spring allergy season coming up, I can keep the inflammation down by continuing to use this product. Lastly, I can take this on an empty stomach without feeling nauseous. So I can grab and go which helps when you’re a busy mom.

I’ve been taking these for a few years and I’m happy with them

I'm not sure if this is 100% cold pressed black seed oil. I put a sanitized pin through one of the gelatinized capsules to see how it tastes and this one taste like a regular oil with a little minty flavor. I'm hoping maybe it's because it's only 500mg and watered down a bit as it does say it contains glycerin and purified water. Cold pressed black cumin seed oil is said to have a turpentine/fuel odor and your throat will have a spicy after feeling after you swallow it. The spiciness comes from the extraction of the seeds. Some say it burns their throats some say it smells like motor oil and it takes time getting used to it. I bought the capsule version not only because of that but also for my body to get used to the intro of the oil in my system (My first time taking it) before moving up to a stronger dose. 3rd reason was because of the affordability. I haven't tried it long enough to see any benefits raved about it. Will update after a month. Due to the fact that it's sort of watered down, it may take the whole bottle before seeing results. You'll most likely see faster results if taken twice a day (1,000 mgs a day) as opposed to just 500 mgs a day (1 capsule)

This product is simply amazing truly a godsend!!!!Do take it with a meal once daily (breakfast) works for me.I notice that I get a bit of an after kind of burp if what I eat is a light meal, not saying that it should be a heavy breakfast just enough.Now onto to this miracle product.Things that I've noticed is just feeling great all day, I have had issues with a knee that I injured years ago. Some days it would ache so bad I would wear one of those knee braces with Velcro.But since I've using this product I haven't worn it once since it has taken away the occasional swelling and discomfort that I would feel!!!!And I recently realized that bleeding of the gums has ceased when I would floss and brush my teeth!!!I would also like to point out that I take one to two tablespoons of diatomaceous earth food grade daily another amazing product!!Oh I'm also 60 years old but people are shocked to hear it because I don't look it !!!!! Hallelujah!! Blackseed Oil works for me!!And the capsules work for me I was shocked I thought I would have to try the more pricey liquids and felt results the very first day! What are you waiting for try this stuff you'll be amazed!!
