8 months ago, I tried to show my daughter I could still do the splits (w/o stretching); instant pop of the hamstring. Couldn't walk for weeks without excruciating pain. After weeks of healing and stretching, it was still instant pain as soon as I took that first running step. I decided to order this 3 days before a 5 mile mountain trail run. It arrived next day. Let me tell you, COMPLETELY PAINLESS during my run!! This thigh compression sleeve is absolutely amazing! Size chart was true to size.

Fit was good and they stayed in place
Quality made (several washings so far) Did not have to do much adjusting during the day. There is pattern of some kind of synthetic on top that resists sliding down. I am pleased with them

Comforting
While it does not take away the pain, it does feel better when I wear it. Sometimes I wear it for the day and I have relief at night. I have a hip problem which nerve wise, causes pain the thigh. I like it and have been using it awhile.

Relief
I injured my thigh about six months ago, a tear. Thought it was totally healed but as you age, I'm old, the healing process isn't so quick as when I wore a younger man's clothes. I got this Bodyprox Thigh compression sleeve for my Tuesday Senior league bowling. It really works well. No pain in my thigh at all! Now if I could just get something for my lower back, arm and spares.

Game changer for muscle strains
I am quite active (hiking, backpacking, running, skiing), and also highly prone to hamstring and adductor strains. These strains can be so painful that they make it nearly impossible for me to walk, let alone engage in the activities I love. I have been using these compression sleeves for almost a year now and they have been a complete game changer, both in preventing and rehabbing from my strained muscles. I have found that if I am proactive about wearing them during a high impact activity, I rarely experience any strains. And when I do end up with a strain, wearing these sleeves provides the support I need to allow me to walk without discomfort while the injury heals. Additionally, wearing these sleeves to bed after sustaining an injury can go a long way towards calming the flare; the pain is usually significantly reduced by the time I wake up in the morning. Even after almost a year of regular wearing and washing, these sleeves still fit just as well as they did when I first bought them.

Does roll up on top like some have mentioned if placed high on the thigh... does a good job of compression. Maybe a little small. If you are desperate, an okay product.

Was great and the sizing was perfect they have a chart that helps with sizing and i have pretty big legs so this made it easy to know which size i needed as other companies didn’t make sleeves big enough!

I followed the sizing instructions and selected the appropriate size. It fits perfectly and stays in place all day.
