They worked great in my Epson WF-4370...until software update
These worked great in my Epson WF-4370....until I made the mistake of accepting a software update to my printer. The software update knocked out the black and magenta cartridges - the printer no longer recognizes them (blue and yellow still work to this day.)Only way I could get my Epson to start printing again was to go buy actual Epson black and magenta cartridges - costed a fortune.

Ink Cartridge Not Compatible
Despite taking out and reinserting the Cyan replacement cartridge into my Epson printer about 20 times, my printer refuses to *see* the cartridge. The other colours did not have this problem. When I put my inkless genuine Epson cartridge in, it has no problem recognizing it. I obviously was sent a janky Inkni Cyan 802XL cartridge. Not good.
