I love taking Pump classes at my gym, but they get full quickly and the timing isn’t always convenient. These work fine for at home Body Pump classes. The weights are bulkier than the ones at the gym and the clips aren’t as easy to manipulate, but for the price it’s a great value and WAY cheaper than the Les Mills branded set.

It is not the products fault, but the weights are not nearly as heavy as my other solid iron weights. and they are thicker, so i cant get nearly as much weight on my bench as I thought. This is my fault for not looking more closely. they are good quality weights with plastic to protect them and good hand holds. but this makes them THICK. you can only get about 3 of the big weights on something like a leg curl, and that is not much of a workout. They are good for the bar it came with, and that bar is good quality.

I use this during my body pump classes. The clamps are easy to put on and take off. The weights have a comfortable grip for using as handheld weights and the bar has a nice pad for your hands. Easiest and quickest assembly ever. Longest part is taking it all out of the package which only took an overall of 5 min from start to finish. My friends and I who workout together all are very satisfied. We all own our own set. Another nice feature is the weights have a small area that has a flat edge for setting down without them rolling away. Highly recommend!!

This was exactly what I wanted for my small at home gym. It does kind of twist apart in the middle easily, but I haven’t had any issues as it does not fully come apart. Great value for price!
