Helped me stop sugar cravings with a controlled diet has helped me keep my sugar levels low.

I took these tablets to see if they had any impact on my fasting glucose and they didn't. I'm not entirely sure the science behind this supplement is sound.

Can confirm these work as they balanced my blood sugar and insulin as proven in my blood test results recently. Now I'm not prediabetic! Wish they were smaller as I struggle swallowing big tablets, and obviously wish they were cheaper as the price is a little much

The Blood Glucose Health Capsules come in a solid metal jar with a metal screw top lid. The container comes security sealed.You get a total of 60 capsules included with a recommendation to take 2 capsules a day. This will give you a total of 30 days' supply.The capsules are very large but easy to swallow, Preferably to take with food but not essential.The blood glucose health capsules are classed as a food supplement. They state they are to contribute to normal blood glucose levels.Good value for money, I would recommend them as they have helped me stop sugar cravings.

Due to the price of this supplement it might not be something to take day in day out all year round but using it every few months could have some real benefits still I think.The ingredients of chromium and zinc and cinnamon are known to help with regulating blood sugar so I think it will work, although hard to know unless you get regular blood work done perhaps.Capsules were all in tact and secured in a nice screw top tin with no nonsense text listing ingredients etcI'm giving this 4 stars as it is expensive and seems a luxury item

My sister in law is a big advocate of these and in particular chromium and it’s ability to stabilise her blood sugar.She went through some stressful situations recently and would reach for too many sweet dense and empty calorie foods.This left her sugar levels all over the show.Taking this Blood Glucose supplement has seemed to help balance out her blood sugar levels and all but stopped her food cravings.For me it’s only been a short while but so far so good, certainly I haven’t felt the need to steal from my husband’s chocolate stash, so time will tell and I will try to update this in the future.I do particularly like that this company is using sustainable packaging which looks great and producing a vegan friendly supplement.The capsules are easy to swallow and in my opinion are great value for money.I hope my review is helpful to you.
