Excellent chair
Purchased chair for my 74 yr old father in-law who has limited mobility and struggles getting in and out of chair/bed also is in poor health, he is a large man and this chair is very roomy and comfortable. The heat that comes from it with its different functions is amazing. He is so happy with this chair hope it lasts a long time

Comfort and ease of assembly
The chair arrived in 3 boxes delivered by 2 courier companies within 1 hr of each other. My wife and I who are nearly 70 unpacked the chair and read the instructions. Between the 2 of us it took about 35 mins to read the instructions and assemble the chair. I have not used the the heat or massage function yet however the chair is large and accommodating for the over sized person. It is very comfortable to sit in and the lift and recline motor is very quiet. I would highly recommend this chair.

Right arm when sitting on it....
The chair is comfortable and cosy for my mum who has arthritis and back pain....(A )....only 1 problem the right arm cushion when sitting on the chair the zip was broken and a few teeth were missing so we couldn't put it on.....just to see if we could get a replacement arm cushion to put it on....the chair is 10/10......thanks Barry....

Fantastic chair I'm 118kg fits perfect plenty room at both sides my little dog get snuggled in beside me everything works perfectly love heat on my back also

NOT THE GREATEST
There is no remote for the recliner and the buttons to push are in a really awkward place, they are too far towards the back of the chair. I can also feel the metal rollers through the seat of this recliner. The massage function is ok but nothing outstanding.
