I was a bit hesitant to purchase this bike, as it had no reviews when I initially looked at it, but decided to go for it anyway.I’m so incredibly glad that I did!There was damage to the bike’s front wheel that appeared to have happened during shipping and after contacting customer service, they recommended bringing it to my local bike shop for repairs and that they would refund me the full cost of any necessary repairs. Communication was easy, quick, and thorough. As far as I’m concerned, they went above and beyond.While the written assembly directions are somewhat lacking and could use some work, I didn’t have much trouble navigating how to make it happen. After owning this bike for several weeks now, I’m thrilled to say it has been nothing but a pleasure and I underestimated how much I would love it.The throttle is great for navigating downtown traffic, and the different levels of pedal assist are fantastic for cruising around. Going uphill is a breeze and I feel like I could be on this thing all day.All in all, I don’t think there’s a better ebike out there at this price point, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this bike or seller to anyone.

The instructions are awful, The don't make sense and the photos aren't helpful, make sure you have it done professionally. The bike it's works great, I love that it comes with the basket and rear mount, comfortable seat that's easy to adjust. Never a problem with the battery and easy to remove and install.However, I had it for a few months, rode it daily to work - stolen fromy garage, used bolt cutters to get it off the cables. I am heart broken and stupid because I never registered it.

After settling the account with the manufacturer for the brake alignment my wife likes the bike. It is well built and the battery last as stated. The issue was getting the brakes to work properly and assembly instructions. I must say some of the worst instructions and video I have ever encountered. I have put together many bikes, ebikes as well and never had this kind of trouble. The pictures of assembly are dark and hard to decipher. The videos are quick and look easy to do. Don't be fooled. None of the screws/parts are labeled. Everything I did was by trial and error. I do not recommend the fenders, they are cheap and noisy. Much better ride without them. If you can get it put together great! I do recommend having it assembled locally.

Only buy if you have bike assembly skills, directions aren't easy to follow. The directions video is okay.Missing parts out of the box for assembly.Seller did respond when questions were sent in, new parts are on the way.ECOTRIC the manufacturer is of no help at all.I took the bike to a bike shop for a safety check, it failed and is still at the shop.

I love the way the bike looks when assembled. I paid for assembly through Amazon and was not disappointed as the service technicians were on time and assembled the bike thoroughly. Riding an e-bike for the first time was wonderful. The pedal assist feature and throttle provide great support when your legs need assistance for pedaling up hill or just when you need an extra boost of acceleration. I highly recommend this bike because of its features, price and ease of riding!

(Huge update Ego Company is replacing the battery they tell me bigger and compatible) thank y'all! The bike is great for the price but even better Amazon and the 3rd party seller E-go bike Co. Helped me with a part which was the controller it went out on me within a month. Kudos to both Amazon n E-go! Update on that it's actually a couple things the display controller and battery all may be defective.i know for sure battery is...E-go company now says they can't replace battery they outta stock they say and 3 months is the waiting ton time... idk sounds like they got defects. Without the battery it's a 700 dollar no Ebike without shocks bummer 2 months old too.

I am now revising my previous reviw and upgraded it to a 5 after contacting the seller via Amazon messaging. Their responses were prompt and they replaced the damaged tire and tube with an entire new wheel. Rides quietier as a result.rI’m giving this 1 star only because it’s an easy step through and I did get to ride it for 10 minutes before the front tire tube blew out. The tires were inflated to proper pressure and the tire is not damaged Assembly time is 5 times what they advertised. Manual is almost useless and video has steps of assembly in different order. The fenders are ridiculously flimsy and front one completely useless as no matter how many times it has been adjusted it still is very noisy. It’s definitely not a quite ride with motor engaged either.

My bicycle has needed A LOT of work owning it about a year.1)The bike came damaged in day one and needed extra parts shipped to me to complete installation.2)My controller has had to be replaced twice, one of which they sent me and it didn’t even fit in the housing.3)The battery sparked when they forced me to test its voltage to prove that there was an issue which broke my meter and4) damaged the battery needing it to be replaced.5) now my controller need to be replaced again because my motor doesn’t work and they refuse to replace that even though it is under warranty.6) All of my electronics CAUGHT FIRE and melted, some to the point of welding themselves together and they are telling me they cannot replace my lemon of a product.It nearly burned my house down because they have been asking me to piece this together over a year. I am not a mechanic or an electrician and asking me to do this specialized work while this is under warranty is absolutely insane. I have replaced about EVERY piece on this thing and it is still absolutely junk and now unusable AGAIN despite still being under warranty.Buyers beware, the customer service is not helpful at all and they do not care for your personal safety or the safety of their product.
