Q: Is this product good to use?

These products are great. I use the Stainless Steel cleaner on my stove top, refrigerator and othe stainless appliances. It's a great cleaner and polish. Just make sure you always use a soft cloth (like microfiber) and clean in the direction of the grain. I use the Stainless Sink Cleaner just on the sink. It makes it look great and really cleans off the black film that stainless sinks have, I haven't used the Granite cleaner yet as I have another one that I use, but am just about out and will use it soon. Professionals in the business prefer to clean both stainless and granite with just soap and water and then buff with a microfiber cloth. But I have found these products work extremely well!

Q: where are the products made, and are they cruelty free?

All Hope's cleaners and polishes are made in the USA, and more specifically, the Midwest. The trigger sprayers are made in Kansas City and the bottles and most other packaging components are made in Ohio. Regarding Cruelty-Free, Hope's does not test it's products on animals and does not use ingredients from suppliers who test on animals.
