Works like it should.

We will be returning this item. When manufactured the handle was not made correctly and does not fit on the pin. In addition, there weren't any instructions, there is a plate we don't even know where it belongs. While the basic gears look of quality the rest of the unit has been disappointing.

It come on time. It was exactly what I ordered. Only thing I don't like is that it can only take a thin cut of meat and it can't be too wide or it won't go through the rollers.

I was accustomed to using a commercial cube steak machine that has blades on the rollers. But, this hand operated tenderizer does the job for a few pounds of meat at a time. I discovered that partially frozen meat works best, that the meat needs to be sliced no thicker than a half inch in order to feed through the rollers properly, and spraying the rollers with some non-stick vegetable oil helps keep the meat from sticking to the rollers. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase.

Very heavy but doesn’t attach well to kitchen counters. Also not for thick steaks, pork or fish! Tried on thin pork cutlets and it destroyed them, it does okay on making cube steaks.

The media could not be loaded. It is very easy to use and clean! I am over joyed with this product! After beating the meats with a hand held tenderizers, this one is so easy to just turn and almost no mess at all! Better than I really expected!

This product is horrible so disappointed. Didn’t work at all just chewed chicken to shreds. It was very unstable and hard to clean as well don’t waste your money
