While opening the packet I got some on my hand as the powder was fine and light.. licked it off my hand and instantly fell in love😍😍😍😋😋😋 .. NakPro!!!! Are you sure this is not a milkshake mix and not protein?? Cuz it tastes like a dessert and I just used water . Mixed it using the plunger of a french press.. Ended up with a creamy foamy glass of healthy goodness.. It was quite filling as well..Edit :- loved it so much that I tried vanilla and chocolate as well.. bakes so good (if you ar into that.. ) It gets sweeter when baked.. so good.. vanilla goes well with cold brew coffee.. 3rd bag in and did not experience any bloating ,gas or any digestion problems.. But when consumed it at night , I dont feel hungry till 1:30pm the next day.. So if you are looking to bulk up.. this 130 ish calorie/per scoop isnt for you. Mix it with milk or add sugar. Muscle recovery is noticably faster though..By the way.. all of them got so creamy and foamy when shaken with water in a bottle with an icecube ( makeshift shaker bottle) .. Milk isnt even needed to make it taste good.. Might be a bit too liquidy when used with recommended fluid quantity.. just let it sit for a minute.. it'll thicken up.

Taste is not much good but overall product is best.

The product is very bad, gives you frequent indigestion. Gas, bloating and flatulence is common and all these problems for a comparatively premium product.

Excellent source of protein and quickly helps recover from general weakness and fatigue after any illness. And, even though I have dairy allergy, I could take it without any problem. I just made sure to take it an hour after breakfast so my stomach was not empty. It tastes just like banana milk shake.As some people had pointed out that it does not dissolve easily, so I simply blend it in a blender for a few seconds with water and it turns into a frothy smoothie like shake.I would highly recommend it for everyone, specially housewives, elderly people, and students. It's better than whey protein because miceller casein protein has 80% of the milk protein, while whey is 20%.

it's the cheapest casein available in the market with high protein content (80%).It's flavor is mediocre, and solubility is poor (forms lumps & froth). Hence, has to be mixed thoroughly and allow froth to settle else can cause bloating. But overall a decent product.

Really good product which bkends well in milk and there is no lumps. The taste is good as well with sum neutral taste. I blend it with the mass gainer and they both go well.
