No down time
Ordered it this morning, got it this evening! Practically no down time and didn't have to leave the office. Simple installation. Seems to use RealTeck drivers already included in Win10.

Performance and stability: good!
Works as advertised: performance as to be expected in its class, Windows 10 drivers were no problem and seems stable. I had to buy after my reliable older NIC would start disconnecting after Windows 10 recent major update. Price/satisfaction ratio high enough for me. Had some problem fitting the bracket to my PC case and motherboard, took longer to install than I expected.

Good, but...
The product works fine, but the original listing showed it was capable of wireless connectivity. It works great as a 1Gbit/s NIC, though.

At LEAST place a sticker stating to load Windows 8 drivers.
So far so good. When I first opened the package or course I did not read instructions etc. Hoping on plug a pray with Windows and I guess I should have gotten on both knees. Scuffled through the box for the driver disc and popped it in to see it did not auto load. Then I open and insert again and auto run worked. So now I am a little skeptical about the disc itself. When it finally opens I click on the drivers option and low and behold, there is no option for Windows 10. GREAT the only reason why I got this card in the first place. Oh well I will load the Windows 8 drivers and see if that will get me a step closer. Windows 8 found the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller card (still did not load driver completely) but no HiRO. Tried to manually load the drivers by pointing it at the disc and said, " Driver found for Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller card, but was not able to load the drivers". 15min into this now and no turning back. Booted up my other computer to start looking for drivers, and while I am doing that. I may as well restart to see if I have dumb luck. Computer boots back up and drivers appears to have loaded for the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller. Turns out it has a Realtek chipset. So you need to load Windows 8 drivers and restart. Good Luck
