Stoped working after five months. No number to call. One number I had was disconnected. Nobody knows nothing???

At first, I rated this transaction is one *. That is because they called me on a Monday to set up a delivery date. They asked me to call them back because I did not know the dimensions of my elevator new student bed would fit. The next thing I know they show up with the bed and it's curbside delivery. As a quadriplegic I needed to find someone to help me get to bed inside my apartment. I do not have anyone nor did they tell me it was curbside delivery nor does it say anywhere in the literature that it is curbside delivery. After I sent the bed and let a scathing review of their customer advertising and delivery service, they called me back and set up a delivery for Thursday and they would have two people to bring my bed up into my apartment. It did work out, but it was very difficult to talk to them on the phone because English seemed to me their second language. It was a very trying week.My friend did help set up the bed and after a few days of sleeping in it, I would have to say that it is fairly comfortable and seems to me, well-built. I like the fact that it is shorter than my old hospital bed and when it goes higher to my old hospital bed. I wish the foot of the bed would go up higher, but I can live it.Overall, after he took a little while to figure out the delivery instructions, I'm happy with the bed

I got a call from the nicest woman, telling me when to expect my bed and that I would need 2 people to move it into the house. She was exactly accurate. The driver showed up on time. He helped get the bed onto the furniture dollies and we were able to have it set up and in my room very quickly. It's already put together, and the mattress came UPS ahead of the bed. Wonderful service!The bed works perfectly. I am so happy, the money spent was well worth the comfort I have now.Highly recommend this product.

This hospital bed was a big mistake. The mattress doesn’t fit the frame at all—it’s way too big, and no amount of effort could make it work. The assembly process was already tedious, and this issue made it even worse. I’m really disappointed with the quality and compatibility of this product. It’s not worth the money, and I’ll be seeking a refund. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

We love my husbands new bed. It is very well made and was easy to put together. He can operate it without any trouble. Our only problem was the delivery. The guy wanted to leave it at the curb when the description said it was to be delivered to the door.

Being of practically one solid piece, it was very difficult to get the 280 lb. bed to the 2nd floor. For this I gave it 2 stars. Setup was easy due to the fact that there is not much to put together. Bed itself works very well thought bed does sit a little high at its lowest elevation. Bed seems very sturdy. For this I gave it 5 stars. Mattress is hard as a rock. I would have been happier with my purchase if I could have bought it without a mattress and purchased my own mattress. To fix the mattress problem, I added a 3-inch topper which adds some height to the lowest elevation the bed can do. Still, I am happy with my purchase.
