Security System did not work until I ordered this part
The door relay that is in the frame of a door stopped workingand therefore our security system stopped working. I looked atelectronic stores, security stores, electrical websites but no onehad the replacement part I needed except Amazon. I received itin just a few days and installed it and now we are safe again. I goodprice for a great replacement part

Nice replacement so far
I bought this after my alarm system kept on having false alarms at the same spot. The initial installation had wires going through a hole and I had taken the original one and rewired it a few times but it still kept on getting false alarms. I replaced it with this and it actually fit well and the wires were extremely easier to put in because you just stick the wire in and screw it to tighten it. So far, no false alarms and I am happy with the purchase.

Easy to install - do it yourself and save $90
Works as advertised. Perfect replacement for my door alarm switch. Installs with 2 little screws. Just remove the old switch, strip the wire, and insert to the holes. Then just tighten the screws. Next, you screw it back in the door jam. Easy peasy and Done.

Perfect for my application and priced right
Ad should state this is a normally open (NO) switch. This means that contact is made or circuit closed/ completed when the plunger is pushed in. Perfect for security system door switch replacement/ application. Though this was a different brand than the original, it fit exactly in the drilled hole and even the screw-hole spacing was the same. Great!

They have my return because it didn’t work in the first place! They won’t refund me now! Or respond! Buyers beware and look for a different seller

Worked fine
worked fine and was easy to install. The alarm company said they'd charge $79 for the visit and estimated the part "at least $100.00". So, saved me around $179.00.The description needs to state the type of switch, though. Please add "N.O. Switch" to description. There are 2 conflicting answers in the QA. But I shouldn't have needed to look for that in the QA.
