This sand is GREAT for making simple molds to pour metal into.
This is very easy to use in small applications. I've been using it to pour copper rounds, and simple shapes. It's very easy to work with. I can make something simple to pour into in five minutes, and have it work flawlessly. I'm very new at this. I'm still learning. For my purposes, this sand is ideal, and I will be making many purchases in the future.

Ring sand casting.
It work veey well when I received it. I added a little oil to it and it worked even better for my needs. It was good for casting rings and such.....although the rings came out a little rough they looked good. I actually like the rougher texture. It was the first time I ever did sand casting but it was very successful.
