This is the best detangling comb I've owned. Great for wet or dry hair. I have long, straight fine hair that tangles easily. I start combing from ends then work my way up to roots. It detangles much faster and with less breakage than others I've owned.

Very sturdy! Got the job done. Missing half of my hair now, but that's my fault for letting it get so tangled. 😅😂 Quarantined, 7 months pregnant, stay at home mom with a toddler. Messy buns are life. Have thick, curly, super easily tangled hair, and had a complete rat's nest going on. Took this baby into the shower and used a metric ton of conditioner, there was ripping, there was cussing, there were chunks of hair torn loose, and there was pain.... But it was worth it, the comb held up and is missing no teeth, and today, (with the help of this comb, my davines hair products, and a Denman brush after) my hair is silky smooth, and still about to my waist. Without needing a hair cut 😂 Yay!!!

Very wide toothed. I actually use this on my golden retrievers tail. Her hair is really long and gets very tangled. Works well and very easy to clean

It’s a great comb to keep in your shower, I use it to make sure my hair masks get applied evenly. The spaces between the teeth are a little wide for my taste, but for the specific job I use it for it gets the job done.

First off- I absolutely love this product! Before buying this comb, I used to always brush my long, bleached hair out with a paddle brush and I would have so much hair fall-out from trying to tug through all the post-shower tangles in my damp/ towel dried hair. Now, my Diane comb hangs on a hook in my shower (very convenient hole in the brush handle for those of you who like to keep your styling tools in plain site) and after conditioning my hair I use the comb to work through tangles while still standing under the water. This helps to keep the hair smooth and it separates SO much easier for the comb. Feel free to imagine yourself as a mermaid sitting under a waterfall combing through your lovely long tresses at this point (I guess this would make you a lake mermaid, but don't get too caught up in the details). After getting all of the knots out I can safely towel dry my hair and then apply the ga-zillion products I use everyday - finally, one last comb through to make sure everything is evenly distributed. The comb is easy to wash off (it's just plastic after all) and should be cleaned after each use. Even on dry hair this is a great comb to detangle before brushing through with your bristle brush. Anyway, full stars for this awesome product!! <3

It's a nice large comb. The people calling it ridiculously huge or ridiculous looking are grossly exaggerating; it's wide-toothed, perfect for curly hair purposes, but it looks perfectly normal to me. It's a comb, and seems well made as any comb.That said, I still much prefer my nice brush to this, but that is a question of brush vs comb rather than of this comb vs other combs. And I should probably give it another chance and try using it more, actually.

I saw on here people were complaining about the size. Honestly I love the size! Because it is so wide tooth I know after I get my perm I can actually use it for my curls without breakage. The reason I can tell this is if your careful and start combing from the ends and work your way to the roots the knots come out so easily (use detangler with comb). After I use the comb then I use the Spark Innovators Hair Bean Hair Detangling Comb which is also an amazing product. Using these three things (after my hair is completely dry, because this lessens breakage due to the fact wet combing is really bad for your hair) in conjunction with each other makes my hair so smooth it is amazing.

LOVE IT! No snags in the production of this comb (molded properly), great for long hair, wet hair, chemically treated hair. As a professional Hairdresser I use this comb everyday in the salon (I bought several) it is important not to pull to harshly on wet hair, as it will unnecessarily stress the hair, this comb works well, I love it!Pros: Price, proper molding of plastic, no snags, great item..Cons: Nothing
