I bought this for my gums. I had read about the stronger tinctures staining teeth so I settled for this 20% propolis tincture. I haven't noticed any staining of my teeth but I have noticed that my gums looks very healthy. I have had some issues with my gums receding in the past and since using this have noticed a difference. This may be TMI but before, I was very concerned about my gums - my dentist recommended a gum graft which is too pricey for me right now. I haven't been back to the dentist since using this but I'm confident that he'll see a difference in my gum health at my next appointment. Definitely worth the money to try and see improvement before spending $$$$ on surgery.

It taste good and the quality is good

This is great for my eczema flare-ups and my baby sons red irritated skin. I hardly ever need it, but having a little container of cetaphil with some squirts of this mixed in is great. Squirt it in and mix it up by shaking if you can shake hard enough, otherwise use a knife or something to mix and then scrape off. The lotion soothes and the propolis kills bacteria and protects. Experiment with how strong you should make it... make it a pale yellow and add more if needed... too much will cause more irritation. Hope that helps!
