Zebronics Juke BAR 3850 Pro 170W BT, HDMI, AUX, USB, Optical Soundbar with Dolby Atmos - Black

It was a steal deal at 7499 during Amazon prime day sale, and more importantly, at this budget this is the only Dolby atmos soundbar option. Got it today. Works seamlessly with my fire stick 4k max. But to my surprise, the package contains an HDMI cable, whereas the product description doesn't mention this, and that everybody in the reviews posted so far was complaining about this shortcoming. It means Zebronics takes customer feedback seriously. This HDMI also comes across as a surprise bonus at this deal price, though this is not an eARC 2.1 cable with 48gbps, hence Dolby atmos option is still not there, watched Kamal Hasan's Vikram on Disney Hotstar which is a Dolby atmos movie, the logo was shown in the thumbnail, but in the available audio list it only showed dolby 5.1. But that is okay, because the most economical 2.1 eARC HDMI doesn't come cheaper than ₹1k. So nothing to complain. Bottomline, I realize today that there is a reason why zebronics leads this market segment of soundbars. This sound quality is worth every penny I spent. Once I get my salary next month, would surely get the HDMI upgrade, and until then, I am happy with the surprise HDMI cable Zebronics provided.

Pros:* Excellent Connectivity* Good Bass for a sound bar without sub woofer. Most times you wont miss the dedicated sub woofer* Loudness Good Enough for medium living room/hall* Decent Remote* Looks good if that is important for you* Decent Music/Movie sound quality. Not to the audiophile grade but enhances your tv sound much much better.Cons:* Bluetooth is little weak* Not this sound bar but on any sound bar stereo separation is not great.Now coming to Dolby Atmos, Let me make it clear. Not this sound bar but making atmos work in any sound bar is a pain. You need eARC, atmos supported device/app/content. On top of all this, still you may not be able to experience as these will be virtual. If you are serious about atmos get a 7.2 avr and speakers.

Most disgusting serviceIts been 8 months i purchased the product, suddenly i faced an issue with it, so i decided to claim warranty…when i search their service centre for my city and called their number they wantedly pick the call and be silent, and then the second time they blocked my number…then i tried with another number and they did the same thing, i request people not to waste ur money on this brand, they have a disgusting after sales service

If your budget is tight you can go for other available options. This sound bar is average. Such soundbar is available cheaper in local market. Very average sound. Not for some one who love deep bass as it does not have subwoofer. For TV viewing it is okay. If you want atmos you have to bring all things together like eArc and 4k fire tv. Otherwise you will be disappointed. Don’t expect any thing big from this soundbar. It is a 3 star sound bar.

Sound Quality Very Good without woofer enough sound effect for movies, feel much better through HDMI,some spares & services costs may high. other than super product in this range.

Excellent sound bar with fine details of Dolby Atmos decoding. Sounds crazy when connected to ARC with 48gbps HDMI cable. Bluetooth connectivity is also fine, but not good as compared to connecting to ARC. Dolby Atmos is enabled only the movie/music are compatible with Atmos otherwise soundbar produces Dolby audio. Overall it's a worth buying product for the price range. No wall mount brackets given for me along with the packing.

The media could not be loaded. Defective product… Bluetooth not working even at 5 feet distance. Speaker sound bursts after just 50%volume. Pathetic customer care response and they dont provide a resolution. Service centre in Bangalore is in a shabby state and in very small lanes which cant be reached ever. No courtesy shown by Zebronics customer support or service centre team and they are hell bent on bringing the product to the service centre despite of knowing the location and pathetic state of the place. Its difficult to even walk in the area where the service centre is located let aside taking any vehicle there. Be prepared to carry the heavy soundbar and other products on your shoulder if you really want to reach there. Amazon also doesn’t provide any solution , they will give false promises of return/exchange/doorstep repair and just route it to Zebronics service support .. really disappointed with the purchase ..
