I bought this for my husband so that he could have a better shower experience. My husband is 6”10 and I’m 5”3 (what I lack in height, I make up for in personality). I’ve always been able to have a good shower experience because I’m short, but my husband,on the other hand, always has to duck underneath the showerhead just so he can wash his head. So I bought this product to take some of that height difference off of him (I try to do whatever I can to help my baby out). the installation was very easy to do & it is actually sturdy in weight and functionality for its value. It looks great and it definitely gave a lot more length for him to have a better shower experience since he can adjust the height to his liking.

I bought 2 of the shower heads and have had them now for 3 years. They have worked great and performance has been as advertised. The only thing I had to change was the hand held hose. I moved recently and tried to reinstall them in our new home but unfortunately one of the joints had worn out. I was about to order another one but just decided to see if I could just order the part. To my surprise, I found out that the product came with a 3-year warranty for parts and the 3-year date was coming up in June (a month away). I contacted them via the email that came with the product. Lo and behold, they replaced the part free of charge. The response was very cordial and prompt. They contacted me back to make sure it was received. Great Customer Service! These products work well and last. I highly recommend this company. I recently bought an extension arm to the shower head to increase its reach. It was easy to install and like the rest of the products - no leaks, no rust.

My old shower head extension finally failed. I ordered this one because of its size and specifically the size of the wing nuts which allow for easy adjustment. I was very pleased to see that the kit included Teflon tape and the wrenches needed for installation. This was made of solid brass that has been chrome plated. It even included a polishing rag to wipe off your fingerprints after installation. A very complete set. I would definitely purchase this again.

This made my rain shower higher than normal. Works great and no leaks. Washer included was best quality and the extension comes with even you will need for installation. Highly recommend it

I'm 6' 7" and was tired having to squat to wash my hair or getting hit in the chest with the water. This extension was a life saver. Beyond glad I came across it. Well worth it and easy to install.

Excellent quality. I especially like all the different ways it can be adjusted - up for a person standing, then down for a person sitting in a shower chair. Easy to install, good water pressure, and no leaks.
