Fine Powder - Seems to be Legit
I ordered this after seeing on Tiktok that it helps with psoriasis - just being honest here. So I've been taking every morning and every evening for weeks. My report is that I really am impressed. It kind of turns into a paste if you mix with water - so I use it and chug it down. I like earthy tastes, so I really like it. If that's not your thing - you may need to find a different way to mix it. I have been taking note of any results I can attest to. For me - obviously everyone is different - I feel I have less arthritis pain in my elbow and wrist. I have also not had a psoriasis breakout since I started taking it - my scalp is my usual lifelong problem area - specifically when I'm on my period. Yeah, I know I'm giving way too much info - but maybe you saw this on tiktok too and are curious. For me, it was a small investment and I am satisfied with the results. While I typically review free products on amazon (in Vine program) this was just a purchase I made on my own and felt like reviewing. That is all - I hope this is helpful.

Love it! Great source of iron
Love this blend great earthy texture especially if you’re picca. Love the feeling afterwards it very calming. I’m going to convince my husband to replace his morning coffee with this. You get a nice natural boost without the crash later. A nice glass in the morning on an empty stomach for better absorption. Don’t hesitate your body will love you for it.

making my own root beer
ends up even the expensive root beer is just artificial flavors, since the FDA banned sarsaparilla, bcuz it 'causes cancer in high doses in mice' ( pray for the poor mice ) tho it's inlikely that humans would ever consume such a high dose. an internet search states sarsaparilla in reasonable doses in fact fights cancer, so make of that FDA guideline what you will.this tastes great. can't wait to get my ingredients perfected and make an awesome homemade root beer!
