We just received this chair and put it together. While the chair seems very sturdy, the chair back when not reclining sits too far back. It is uncomfortable and needs to sit a little straighter. I tried looking for a lever or release to make the seat back sit up more when not in a reclining position, but have found nothing. The chair itself reclines very easily and the mechanism works smoothly. Instructions to assemble the chair were pretty bad. Pictures were poor and explanations were sketchy. Plus there is no manufacture or contact information so you can call and get answers to questions. I am hoping that this review will reach the manufacturer and that they will communicate with us so we can resolve the problem. I will update my review at that time. Otherwise, the chair and cushions are quite comfortable, as long as you like a permanent recline.Update: After searching the Amazon page for this chair, I found a contact for the seller and contacted them about my issue. Customer service was very quick to respond to my issue and told me that I had installed the backrest backwards. The included Instructions were not clear as to which direction to install. I had a 50-50 chance and lost. I reinstalled the backrest and the chair sits perfectly now. Instructions need to be a little clearer, but we managed to get the job done. Actually the instructions on the Amazon site have much better pictures, so if you are purchasing this chair, and I suggest that you do, use those instructions instead of the ones that come with the chair.

These chairs are SO COMFORTABLE. We wanted chairs that were heavy duty and could stand up to being on a balcony on the ocean. These fit the bill perfectly. They are not too hard to put together but are made very well. They are well worth the money!!!

This is a quality recliner as it very well constructed and the cushions are very thick & comfortable. Our only critique is the instructions were lacking, better blowups of the fine points such as the connecting of the arms to the base. The videos online were 6 years old and were more hinderance than helpful. Lastly, not a critique but we wish these were wall huggers!

Packed good. Directions not the best but pretty easy to put together. For some reason I thought it was made in the USA. Wish it was.Nice blue. Goes with all the other shades of blue I have. Deep seat. Push arms to open feet. Although its not that easy for us oldies its better than 0 lounger. Also, because its so easy to nap in its worth it. Easy close. And company was easy to work with.

I bought 2 of these chairs with the dark blue cushions. Very comfortable and but color started to fade after less than one season of use. They now look grey in color. I was in contact with the seller and they led me to believe that they would compensate me something for this failure of the color on the cushions. We exchanged several emails and then they suddenly stopped responding. I also bought the covers for these chairs that they show on their website and they turned out to be total junk. Ripped apart in several areas so they are no longer usable. No compensation from seller for the failure of these. I felt a partial refund would be appropriate but , nothing!

Very nice chair. Light weight but sturdy. Reclines even farther than the heavier Laz-E-Boy version. It’s very comfortable.While assembly was minimal the instructions could have been better illustrated.

I shopped for that comfy chair that is nap worthy. So hard to choose when buying online. I got lucky with this one. Very comfortable. Easy to set up. Nice looking. Definitely get a cover for it. I'm a bigger guy. 5' 11" and 240. This chair is just right for me. Could be a bit longer for the legs, but works fine.

I love the sturdiness, the color & the wicker. I use it under our covered area by the pool. It is a little big for me but I put a pillow behind my back & it works perfectly. The recliner portion it smooth & easy and I use it every day.
