I purchased 4 of these to use for my son's 8th grade science project. Not for ice, but for concrete! Not only did they survive concrete being poured and cured in them. The concrete blocks popped out easily. Sad that I didn't get to use the for their intended use, but I would highly recommend as we thought we'd have to cut them apart, yet the blocks came out easily.

I saw a lot of 2” trays but the 2.5” is surprisingly much better. An absolute must have for the home bartender.

They work fine - but they're not what was advertised. If i wanted 2.25 inch cubes, i'd have ordered some.2.25 --> 2.5 doesn't sound much a difference, but these cubes are 11.39 square inches, versus a 2.5" cube that would be 15.625 square inches - 27% smaller than they should bethey had "2.5 inches" in multiple places on the description. It's simply not true

Item description states ice cubes would be 2 1/2 inches but actual size is about 2 1/4 inches.This may not be a big difference unless you are using these cubes to make 2 1/2 inch ice balls using an ice ball maker.
