Nice case it like having a second battery

Better than mophie and needless to say I love mophie products. The only thing this case lacks is wireless charging.I love the case so much I purchased two for my phone and one for my cousin

I loved the feel of the case, it was easy to use and wasn’t heavy at all. However, I was sent two different ones and after two or three weeks they both stopped working. They would not get a connection into the phone which would not allow the phone to charge so after two different cases, I had to just get my money back.

The media could not be loaded. It takes awhile to charge, which is no problem when you do it overnight. It does drain extremely fast though, and heats up quite a bit once its on, so it makes you worry if your phone is going to overheat. Theres also the issue of it doesnt work with the headphone dongles for headsets and earbuds, so you cant listen to music with the case on. (For those of you also new to iphone, dongles are a plugin to the charger port that has a headphone jack so you can have music without a jack port hole thing) Its truly unfortunate since id hoped to listen to music at work or in the car while keeping my phone safe and charged. I know its the case since once removed the dongles do their job. Other than that and how hot it can get, the case itself is smooth and comfortable. I have small hands so I appreciate a case that isnt too bulky in size, even with a battery pack inside of it. I got it in pink, its a very lovely shade however the rest of it being gray instead of white kind of throws you off.

When I bought this case, I thought for some reason that it would work with Apple CarPlay, but it does not. I have to remove my phone from the case if I want to use Apple CarPlay.

Works just fine

It worked great for a few weeks now it works sporadically. It was for my work phone so I don't care too much. The case charges sometimes and other times it doesn't. I have been using it for about 8 months now and the inconsistently has only gotten worse. I wouldn't recommend this product as it only worked correctly for a short period of time.
