Natural Factors Turmeric & Bromelain (450mg, Superior Stand)

This really helps to relieve my hand joints swelling. I garden a lot and have some inflammatory reaction when working with soil and water. I take it twice: before any of the gardening activity and at the end of the day. It certainly helps. I also like that it is made in Canada.

I have used this brand of Tumeric for over 20 years and have found it to be exceptional for combatting any normal aging aches and pains. With the addition of Bromelain which aids with digestion and assimilation of the Tumeric, this combination has helped me keep moving for decades.

This product and this specific brand for this product is a miracle worker for me. It has healed me through 3 painful bouts of Plantar Fasciitis, DQTS-itis in my hand. I take this daily and hope never to be without it.

I normally love this product. However, this time, when I opened it, turmeric was dusted throughout the bottle. A capsule or capsules must have busted inside. It is super messy now when I need to take one and I absolutely cannot put them in my pocket for later. It's a bummer b/c it is a big bottle but now not sure if I will buy again. :(
