I liked the taste of the fruity tablets as I try to let them disslove under my tongue slowly. I have found a spoonful of B5 for 'heavy legs' (per Dr.Eric Berg, warning: B5 tastes awful) and 5 methyl B12 tabs work great together too especially when I'm sluggish or my hands feel numb (carpal tunnel), this helps with both. Could be priced less. Good product tho.

Tastes fine. Don't mind taking it and hopefully it's working.

This has really helped me with a host of little annoying problems, particularly my nails. I appear to have a B-12 deficiency. My thumb nail kept tearing and it was quite painful. Tried everything and looked for help at nail salons with no hope in sight. Someone suggested I try B-12 injections, but I didn't want that so I tried this supplement and my nail has stopped tearing and is growing back to normal. I'm so relieved!
