It is a good length to where you don't have to wear pants but I would say to still wear it with white shorts or whatever color shorts you bought the skirt color in because you can see through it a little not by much but still a little, so be warned but overall it's a good cheap Halloween, or something else purchase.

Good quality, size up.
Good quality but ordered my regular size and it didn't fit. So I would size up just to be safe.
