Have always tended to lean towards BSN products, I use this pre workout and it not only gives you focus and pumps, but once you take it you have to utilise the energy that it promotes. I use this in conjunction with BSN Amino X and finish with BSN Syntha-6 Ultra Premium protein.. Highly recommended from a 67 year old who only celebrates when his 21st Birhday come around, so 3 gone next is in 17 years time god willing lol ..

This is definitely my favorite preworkout out of all.The Vaso edition is the one to go for. With the Nitric oxide and creatine makes the workout worth it.You will get a good pump and feel invincible.I truly recommend it

Bought this to try something other than Total War. The ingredients were close enough that I thought it would be a good comparison. The pump from this stuff is an 8/10. Initial energy and tingles are also about 7/10. However, the sustained energy through my hour and a half workout are only about a 4.5/10. This stuff is pretty good for a 45min workout. Can’t compare to the endurance of Total War though. Overall, it’s a quality pre workout but not for my needs.

I use this as a get up and go and get a lot of work done through the day. Surprisingly no jitters with the 300mg of happy-caffy, there is a bit of a crash later in the day. but at that point the work is done and its ok to crash.

I will probably end up buying this again. I personally think outwork nutrition pre and post is the best stuff out there but it gets expensive. I got this because it has most of the same stuff but in one supplement saving me money. My only gripe is it’s 3g of creatine. We need 5g so I ended up sprinkling in the extra 2g of pure creatine. I wish it just came with what we needed

This stuff acts super quick… I can eat a full meal and then drink a serving and be tingling in 15 minutes. HUGE pumps!! Awesome thermals! My endurance has definitely gone to the next level. More sets and heavier reps, I can push myself harder and easily accomplish a solid hour-and-a-half high intensity resistance training. Definitely seeing the results with lean muscle mass. My favorite pre-workout no doubt!

The blueberry has a good flavor, I took a whole scoop the first time... probably shouldn't have, that got me wired and not in a good way, got through the session though. After that I just took half scoops for a few weeks worked fine. Something about this stuff.... its just not the same as the OG. I tried plenty of pre-workout supplements but this one is easily my least favorite. Mainly on just the way it makes you feel.Not even close to finished with the bottle, but I think I'll chunk it and go back to the other stuff.

Works! If you’re sensitive to caffeine, heart problems. Don’t bother. But man oh man does it work!!
