Not sure what everyone's complaining about, all I taste is cinnamon. This is a nice gum that delivers caffeine in a novel way. If you've ever had a reason to use nicotine gum then you know how to use this gum. You don't need to be chewing it constantly. Just flatten it out and put it between your gum and your lip and let it release caffeine. Once in a while chew it a bit and put it back. Don't use two pieces at a time because a thicker piece of gum releases it more slowly. If you want instant release, just take a pill.I have problems with my energy level as I get older and I get nothing done without enough caffeine. I've quit it before, for long periods, even a whole year. It just makes my life miserable and unproductive. Puritanical ideas need to die out. Productivity is much more important.

This gum is the best caffeinated gum Inhave ever had. It has 125mgs of caffeine which is perfect for my active lifestyle. Other caffeinated gum has 60 to 100mgs of caffeine which is not enough. The cinnamon flavor is my favorite because the flavor lasts longer than their other flavors.

Every now and then I simply can't stop for coffee or an energy drink. That's when this gum comes in handy. It has a great cinnamon flavor, and the caffeine boost comes on quickly.The gum can turn a little 'bitter' after ten or fifteen minutes, but since I drink unsweetened coffee, it wasn't an issue for me. Apparently this is a known thing, as it's mentioned on the bottle.I bought a pack of them, so I can keep one in my car and one at my work station.

Update July 2022:My most recent order of this gum has a different flavor. The pieces are now bright red and the cinnamon flavor is stronger.Unfortunately, it now tastes vaguely like cherry cough syrup. I don't like it as much as the previous flavor, even though the caffeine flavor isn't as strong.However, I noticed that the last time I purchased it, they advertised 100mg of caffeine. Now it's 125! It makes sense that they would have to increase the flavor in order to compensate for more caffeine.Original review:Currently this is the cheapest caffeine gum per piece on Amazon. It also has a decent amount of caffeine when compared to others.I personally think the flavor is good, especially given how much caffeine it has. Caffeine doesn't taste good, but this gum does a great job of covering it up.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it feels like the amount caffeine isn't the same in every piece.I have tried many different caffinated gums, but this is the only one that, about half the time, makes my heart pound, gives me jitters, or a stomach ache-the same symptoms when I take far too much caffeine. 1 or 2 pieces of gum (100mg of caffeine each) should not be causing that.

Taste is good, a bit of a boost in energy (could be placebo, but there is a bit of a delay, so I think it is the caffeine).

I don't have a way to chemically measure the caffeine in these pieces but I just know that it isn't there. I just sense something is wrong so I threw mine away. I never had this sense with spearmint. I could clearly determine that there was indeed caffeine in the product and I liked it.As a cinnamon gum it's ok but there is some weird bitterness in the product. Yes it is supposed to be bitter because of the caffeine but whatever it is that is slightly bitter isn't completely caffeine and that makes me uncomfortable. I wanted to make sure so I chewed 5 pieces each for one minute before spitting them out in a 10 min period. If this was spearmint then that would be WAY too much caffeine. There was some caffeine but not 750 mg for sure. It just felt off to me so I tossed it.I emailed support and they said nothing's wrong but I'm not so sure.Spearmint is a great flavor, I ordered more of that one.

the gum stiffness is slightly tougher then orbit which is decent, i got exactly 125 pieces (i counted) the bags smaller then i thought itd be you could put it in a purse handbag or backpack easily comparing mg to price its about 15.2 to 3.6 ratio wise for the same price in energy drinks, loses its flavor very quickly, the cinnamon isnt a very cinnamony flavor tastes very chemically, also it has sucralose and maltodextrin and a bunch of other chemicals so that doesnt inspire much confidence, willing to try other flavors but ive seen the reviews which said its the more chemically flavor, im not sure if the labeling is correct it says 125mg per piece, and that once its bitter that you dont need to chew it anymore because you "recieve the same effects of the caffeine" but it feels slightly worse then a cup of coffee does for me and the aftertaste gives me a headache, overall effectiveness is questionable, i wish the flavor was better and lasted longer a tip when buying this, have a pocketable mint container or metal gum container so you can put the pieces in it, good way to keep it on you
