Decent energy boost to fuel my workouts with zero crash, slight gritty texture
After recently trying Genetic's protein powder & getting really good results from it i thought i'd try their preworkout drink & see how that preformed. After a few weeks & multiple uses i'm down to roughly half a packet now.I would say on the whole i actually really liked it.I thought the berry flavour was quite nice & refreshing.I love that its got creatine & bcca's in it which will help fuel me through my workout & with the bcaa's it could even help aid in the recovery after my session too.The only thing i'm not so sure on is the caffeine amounts. It's labelled on the product page as " Advantage Ultra Caffeine Preworkout Drink" but in the ingredients it only mentions Caffeine Anhydious Powder & there's no mention of caffeine mg per servings so i'm not really sure?I would say there's definitely something in it as i get a nice energy boost after drinking it but it's not as strong as some of my more intense perworkout i've tried in the past that have up to 360mg per scoop. However i would say energy wise it feels on par with most of the mild preworkouts I've tried over the years that tend to have around 175mg per scoop.Overall, i actually really enjoyed it & felt i got a decent energy boost off of it that helped get me through my sessions.I also never had any crash after or any other ill effects from drinking it.It's currently £14.99 for 20 servings at the time of writing so works out to just 75p per serving which i feel offers pretty good value for money. The only negative for me is there is a slight gritty texture where something isn't fully dissolving in the drink, even after letting it sit for a while or multiple shakes in my mixer cup it's still there.Other than that though its all mostly positive & wouldn't deter me from buying it again.

I didn't like the taste. Also nothing about how much caffeine it has, and is genetically engineered.
The media could not be loaded. I thought cause this one has berry in it, would taste alright, but it tasted rank like a chemical berry, it also didn't mix well with water it needs a shaker to mix properly. It has caffeine in it but doesn't state how much per serving, my guess is 400mg caffeine for 20g serving but who knows it doesn't say. best before is also October this year, so even if I did like it, wouldnt have much time to use it, as fresh supplements should last more or less close to 2 years.Overall I had a bad experience with it mainly because of the taste, I only took a sip and couldn't stomach to drink the rest sorry.Supposed to give energy before a workout, didn't give me anything outside of my usual typical organic coffee and a creatine supplement combo, which I have separately and without the nasty chemical berry taste. I'm just going to throw it away it's horrible.

Mixes poorly - really needs to be blended.
With this kind of product you are always going to get a grainy texture with particles that are simply not soluble - but at least most of them can be mixed adequately into water with a spoon, or by rigorously shaking. That has certainly not been my experience with this one - you really do need to use a hand blender to achieve a decent mix.The flavour of pre-workout drinks is seldom particularly great and this is no exception. It is passable and has a sharp sweet & sour tang, similar to the blue raspberry flavour I have come across in some other mixes.Performance-wise it is fine and I actually find that using 10g in 200ml of water does the job adequately, rather than the 20g in 400ml of water as suggested on the packaging. That also makes it more appealing from a cost viewpoint too.At its current price of £14.99 this would work out at 75p per drink if you follow the manufacturer's serving size, but with my half-sized portion it will only cost half that amount obviously. This represents pretty good value, but it is a pity that it mixes so poorly unless blended.I hope you find these comments helpful.

Gives all they energy required
I recently tried the Genetic Supplements - Advantage Ultra Caffeine Preworkout Drink in the berry flavour, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. This pre-workout supplement is designed to increase physical performance, reduce fatigue during a workout, and enhance focus during training. And let me tell you, it definitely delivered on its promises. One of the things I appreciated about this pre-workout powder is that it contains both vitamin B3 and vitamin B12. B3 has been shown to improve blood fat levels, while B12 encourages normal red blood cell formulation. These, in combination with other vital nutrients, aid healthy living. Plus, the powder is rigorously tested, ensuring that it has a high nutritional value and can be used by professional athletes. But let's talk about the taste, shall we? I opted for the berry flavour, and it was surprisingly delicious. I was a bit worried that it would taste too artificial, but it had just the right amount of sweetness and tartness to it. And as for the burn, it definitely gave me a lot of power. I could feel the effects kick in about 15 minutes after consuming the powder, and I was able to power through my workout with ease. I felt energized and focused, and I was able to maintain good form throughout my entire session.Overall, I highly recommend the Genetic Supplements - Advantage Ultra Caffeine Preworkout Drink to anyone looking for a pre-workout supplement that actually delivers on its promises. With an array of different tasty flavours, there is something for everyone to make a scrumptious shake. So, if you're looking for the perfect pre-workout boost, give it a try - your body will thank you for it!
