Quality and quantity didn’t disappoint

Since I am lactose intolerant and can't eat regular yogurt I have to get the same properties of yogurt a different way but this brand is the first one that has not made me burp like crazy I will definitely be buying this as refills on a regular basis

I can conclusively state that this product does NOT contain active cultures. The whole point of taking acidophilus capsules is to mimic the intake of the beneficial bacteria found in yoghurt. Well, I use acidophilus to make my own yoghurt, and for years the brand PB8 worked great for this purpose. However due to supply problems, I had to switch brands, and Swanson brand came up totally dead. No biotic activity of any kind, even after two days of brewing at an idea temperature. Maybe I just got a dud bottle, but it's more likely that all these people touting the wonder-effects of taking this product's beneficial bacteria are just experiencing the placebo effect. The batch I got was completely inert - useless.
