After reading lots of reviews of similar products and seeing that there was a recurring complaint about short bearing life with no replacement parts available I decided to pay more for this unit that has good bearings and availability of parts. From the time I opened the box, I could see that this unit was ruggedly designed with quality materials and construction.Now after a number of hours of use on several projects it has proved to be nearly effortless to use, reliable and produces a very uniform cleaning action. I would estimate that it is 4 to 5 times faster than using just a wand with a spray nozzle and is much easier to avoid streaks. This unit may cost more but it is worth every penny. I highly recommend this product.

Friend turned me on to this one. Saved me a crapload of time cleaning my deck. And did a fantastic job. Keep it moving or it will leave a nice little circle. Ask me how I know! This thing is great! Hopefully it stands up to the test of time.

Except for the minimal instructions, this surface cleaner is excellent for the cost. It is perfect for my 3100 psi, 4 gpm pressure washer. (I think that higher pressures would be a problem and the user would fight to keep the unit on the ground) At 3100 psi you can control the unit with one hand most of the time. I am 6'1" tall and the unit is easy to control unless you get the wand at a low angle. A short user might find it more difficult. I like that it has a sealed bearing with a lubrication point although the manual does not explain the type of lubricant to use or how frequently it need grease. The manual does have a list of replacement parts if the unit needs repair.

The surface cleaner worked well. I recommend using it slowly-still faster than using just the wand. I went back over the cleaned area with a 40 degree spray nozzle to clear off the residue and gunk. Very pleased with the result. I prefer a surface cleaner on wheels, but this worked well for the price point. I decided that since the local rental outfit uses it, it must be okay.

I do a bit of pressure washing for work and my old Simpson surface scrubber quit spinning even after I rebuilt it several times. I looked at all the options and decided on this one due to the sealed ball bearing rotary system. Upon first use I lubricared with some silicone lubricant and it worked like a dream very consistently for 5 hours my first use. It seems to be very well built and performs better than any other I have used and seems like it will last a long time which is the main reason I was willing to pay a little more for a this one. It is also is easy to move and clean using a 31 inch wand on a 3000 PSI Honda pressure washer and essentially floats across the concert without streaking as long as you don't move too fast. Also went ahead and got the additional 3 year protection plan just in case I do have issues as all previous surface scrubbers I have owned have had a very limited life span. This is a far superior product compared to the Simpson, karcher, or ryobi surface scrubbers of the same nature.

This is a hard review because I have mixed feelings. I bought the attachment to work on 5 decks with a lot of cedar and leaves etc stuck in the cracks. Hooking it up and spending 20 mins it did not work. The jets did not spin. After doing 4 of the decks I shot some silicone spray around the joints and tried again. It was great it took me 1 hour vs 5 hours. So as happy as I was I wasted half my weekend with a product that didn’t work out of the box. When it worked it was awesome. Why it’s not prelubricated is ridiculous ! If you buy it lubricate it first and you will give it 5 stars

The Mi-T-M Whirl-A-Way Surface Cleaner worked fine once I realized you need to move it rather slow. Once I got the hang of it, it worked as advertised. I have used it mostly for cleaning patio, sidewalks and drive-way and it has done an excellent job. Even though it needs to be moved slower than I anticipated, it does in fact speed up cleaning time compared to the standard wan - I would guess it cut the time down by a factor of two or three. It is very well made and should last a long time. I have experienced no problems so far and I am satisfied with this product.

The media could not be loaded. Very happy in purchasing this 14 in. Rotary Cleaner. Very easy to use and cleans effortlessly. Save hours compared to using a wand.Unit appears to be well made, though I did buy a 3 year warranty on it. If you have a big job, like your drive, walkway (porous), or patio this tool is for you. No chemicals were used.
