Seemed slow to metabolize and that is okay, as this is why I ordered this over just B complex. Once this kicked in hours later it was remarkable. I think, for me, it killed my appetite as well, which was welcomed. I tested one first, now to test the recommended dosage of two. I will keep buying, bye bye Walmart and Centrum.

I take a lot of vitamins and supplements throughout the day, including a name brand multivitamin. I ordered this Todicamp Men's multivitamin & mineral complex supplement to see how a premium multivitamin would be different than a compressed, one-a-day multivitamin tablet.Upon first opening the bottle, I smelled the contents and at first was reminded of my "fat burner" green tea supplement that I only buy on sale from a wholesale club. There was the familiar trace of multivitamin chemical smell as well, but not really noticeable. I could tell by the capsulized powder, that this was a special combination vitamin that was designed to be more bioavailable than a multivitamin tablet. The inclusion of green tea, fruit extracts, garlic, cinnamon bark extract and even lutein means that I can replace several individual supplements that I'm currently taking with this one. The price looks high compared to other multivitamins out there, but this is the first multi that can save me time (ordering) and money (buying individual supplements) as well as be more convenient. The one thing I didn't like about this multivitamin is that it contains Magnesium Oxide, which is a low dose of low absorbency magnesium, so that means I'm going to continue ordering Magnesium Glycinate separately. Nonetheless, this is the best multivitamin I've taken to date, which is why I'm rating it 5 stars.

Todicamp Men's Multivitamins came in a 60-count bottle. This will last one only a month since a serving is two capsules. I really never cared for the idea of having to take more than one vitamin to get the daily serving as it just seems like a way to make consumers think they are getting more of a product. It also makes it more difficult to remember to take both the capsules when you are used to only one. I suppose this is justified by the extra ingredients that maybe wouldn't fit into a single capsule.Those extras are a various mix of herbals and extracts and referred to as "male support", "immune support" and "antioxidant & energy blend". Since the capsules do not have the usual vitamin smell, but rather something else, I can only assume one of those extras are responsible.The capsules were easy to swallow but are plastic coated so a ratings choice of "flavor" is meaningless. The vitamin and mineral profile seems pretty standard and I do like that iron is not included as extra supplementation is unnecessary for most men beyond strict vegans.Overall, I found this multivitamin product fairly average and rather costly at the present price point, especially when comparing it to more well-known brands that offer at least twice the amount.

Synthetic vitamins and supplements are made from chemical compounds produced in a lab. They're made to mimic the natural way the body absorbs nutrients from food. The body doesn't as easily recognize synthetic vitamins therefore, it's harder for the it to absorb and use them efficiently.To figure out if your supplement is synthetic or natural always check the label. Natural supplements usually list food sources or are labeled as 100% plant or animal-based. Supplements that list nutrients individually, such as vitamin C, and use chemical names like ascorbic acid, are almost certainly synthetic.This Vitamin & Supplement formula lists all the 35 vitamins and nutrients as ingredients it is consisting of, however, it also list all the chemical names of the vitamins. It is impossible to tell if it is a natural plant based supplement or synthetic. It does offer a wide variety of beneficial nutrients and vitamins, however they may have been produced in the lab.Even with so many essential vitamins and nutrients in this complex it is a bit pricey at $23 for only 30 days supply. It does state that it is domestically manufactured at Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility which is a system for ensuring that pharmaceutical products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards.

You must take 2 at a time. No bad taste or smell. Easy enough to swallow. A bit pricey for a one month supply.

Easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. Not sure if I noticed much difference from my usual multivitamins, but seemed just as good. Price is ok for a 30 day supply, considering all that is in these. Really liked them.
