There is nothing more embarrassing than being sick in public. Chronic nausea comes with its own set of problems. These bags fit down in your purse or bag and are a lot more convenient and discreet than carrying a waste basket. I now keep several in my car, purse, bedside table, office desk and by my recliner. I bought some of these because my daughter was in the hospital for a while and they used them.
