It's not as noisy as Dremor tool. But not as effective in action.

This comes with no instructions
The product is very flimsy looking and cheaply made and is not worth the price. I plugged it in and it is very slow. I do not see how it could engrave much at all. It does not have enough power to. This item is labelled manicure pedicure on it.
