No pump
Sorry but I did not get any pump after taking this and it gave me extreme nausea.I cannot recommend it

Great ingredients and great taste
This is an excellent stim free pre workout for the price. It checks all the boxes for ingredient dosing. I definitely notice concentration and output improvements. Will this make you feel unstoppable like a preworkout that has 300mg of caffeine? No. But it will give you the drive to crank out a few more reps and recover quicker between sets. So it’s perfect for me. I was concerned about the pink lemonade flavor after reading other reviews but personally I think it tastes great and is much better than 90% of the pre workouts I’ve had in the past 15 years. I saw another reviewer complain of headaches from this and I can tell you with pre workouts packing this much in a scoop it’s easy to get dehydrated so make sure to drink a lot of water around the time you take it. I’ll be ordering this again over transparent labs stim free preworkout as the ingredients are similar and this one is almost half the cost.

Doesn't taste great, but it definitely works
This is not a bad product, and it is pretty good value for money. The flavor is not great, but it's not terrible. It's not so much the actual way it tastes as much as it is the chalkiness and texture, but still. You're probably not necessarily gonna enjoy it. Either way, are you really taking preworkout for the flavor? Functionally, it works well, if a little bit underpowered. With how cheap it is though, it's really not a big deal to double scoop. I would recommend it.

Nice pump
Mixes well, no clumps, taste is a bit sweet so add plenty of water. Otherwise it is tangy and mixes nicely with my creatine.

SO YUMMY
Not kidding the peach mango tastes like juice. I’m VERY picky when it comes to texture with things like pre-workout and this does not have a chalky texture AT ALL!!! I usually mix in 1 scoop with ~12 oz of water and no problems dissolving either. I also have to say this has the all the optimal ingredient levels at an AMAZING price. Also doesn’t have a bunch of crap in it that doesn’t do anything like a lot of the more expensive ones. Also even though caffeine is the thing that helps the most with workouts I honestly love that this doesn’t have it because they often put way too much and this you can control the amount of caffeine you have by supplementing with something else. Perfect all around - and way better than more expensive pres.
