These really are special in terms of what they contain (just HA), what they don’t (collagen, vitamin A) and how they taste (Amazing!). HA has shown skin benefit in clinical trials, but at a specific dosage (120-240mg/day). It is hard to find an HA supplement that contains adequate dosing without several other ingredients (ie: collagen, biotin) and while these do have vitamin C, it is water soluble and quickly processed out by the body if it doesn’t need it.The only issue I have come across is if I open a bottle and don’t use it right away it will do what HA does and absorb water, making the gummies sticky. This wasn’t noticeable if I took them daily, only if I opened it then let it sit for over a month (like if I accidentally opened 2 bottles at once) but can be avoided by keeping the bottle sealed until ready to take.I really am thankful to have found these and hope they expand their range of single ingredient supplements!

These have a great flavor and seem to work well.

These gummies taste excellent, like your typical blue raspberry candy. The dose is actually higher than the “recommended” dose, so you only really need to take one at a time instead of two. That makes these a really good value based on the price and the amount that you get. I’ll definitely keep buying. Some reviews mention them being sticky, which they are, but it has not been an issue for me. I just peel them apart without much trouble.

I’ve been taking these for a month. My skin definitely feels softer but I also use topical hyaluronic acid so it’s difficult to say. They do taste amazing however!
