I absolutely love these. I suffer with really bad bloat and I have seen a massive difference when using these. When taking, they don’t leave a nasty taste in your mouth either.

I have been taking apple cider vinegar capsules for the last year, and I can honestly say they've changed my life! Since starting, I have felt better than I have for years. I am usually very sceptical when it comes to supplements and homeopathic remedies, but apple cider vinegar has really helped my digestive system hugely.I have yet to actually try these as I'm still half way through my usual brand, and want to finish those first. However, one thing that concerns me a little is that these are 500mg per dose (not to be exceeded), whereas my usual brand is 1800mg per dose. This may not be a bad thing, though, as I'm sure the body knows what it needs, and what isn't digested is simply expelled naturally. So perhaps 500mg per day is enough. Time will tell, and I shall return to my review with an update if I discover any deterioration in my general feelings of wellbeing.I always try to write an honest and unbiased review of all the products I order. My reviews are only my opinion, of course, but I hope they help.

The media could not be loaded. The benefits of taking Apple cider vinegar to aid weight loss is well documented. Unfortunately having tried using this ingredient to assist me with my weight loss journey before I had to admit defeat and give up due to not being able to stomach the taste.With these tablets that problem is eradicated. Yes, when you open the bottle you can instantly smell the scent of the Apple Cider Vinegar but these tablets are so easy to swallow that no real taste was noted by myself.Containing 500mg of the active ingredient in each tablet and only needing to take 1 tablet per day.This bottle is excellent value at providing just over a 3 month supply.Which is more than enough time to see if these tablets are working for you.

These supplements come in glass bottle that is 10.9cm tall, with a diameter of 5.8cm. Whilst this is great for the environment, it was disappointing that the bottle came in a Newgate branded grip seal bag, was sealed with a plastic wrap that covered the whole bottle instead of just the cap and neck, and was only half full.The lid does not have a childproof lock, so is easy to unscrew. The inner seal is also easy to peel off.The tablets are 15mm long by 9mm wide, and are 7mm thick. Whilst an easy to swallow shape, they are a compressed form of tablet with some slight dust on them, which might make them difficult to swallow without water.According to the directions, the dosage is 1 tablet per day, to be taken with water. This means that as the bottle contains 90 tablets, there should be enough to last approximately three months.Each capsule is said to contain 500mg Apple Cider VinegarAccording to the label the other ingredients are: Micro Crystalline Cellulose (Bulking Agent), Magnesium Stearate (Anti-Caking Agent), Silicon Dioxide (Anti-Caking Agent).These supplements are said to be manufactured in the UK and are suitable for both Vegetarians and Vegans. They are intended to be taken healthy adults over the age of 18.The bottle I received had a best before date of 2.5years from the time I received it.There is definitely a sharp vinegary taste and smell when taking the tablets, although thankfully not too strong of one, and there is no aftertaste whatsoever.In conclusion, it is always hard to recommend supplements, because what works for one may not work for another. However, for anyone wanting to take Apple Cider Vinegar, these capsules are a perfectly fine way to try. The only negatives are that they might be a little difficult to swallow for some, and the fact that for a company that talks so much about nature and natural products, it is disappointing to see them use so many unenvironmentally friendly practices when it comes to packaging.~ Amazon asked me to review this product and to give my honest and impartial opinion about it.
