Just what my daughter needed.

This is part of a series for intermediate level students, my comments apply to ALL these in the series. Some of the compositions are new some are adaptations of other famous composers. There is usually a duet in each book. My students have had a good time with them and they get a great deal out of them. I actually DO enjoy teaching with this book bit I have two problems with them:One: the fingering is rather bad. I was classically trained and there are times when I do correct sections for messy fingering. The other: some of the new compositions have sections that are just plain badly written especially when sections are supposed to transition. I have used these two problems as teaching moments for students and made this work for me. That said I repeat my students like them and I have had a good time using them.
