We really love this microwave combi oven. It is simple to use and is great for cooking pizza’s, jacket potato’s!, sausages, nuggets, and all the usual microwave foods. It’s has so many functions but to be honest we generally use Hot Blast and Mixrowave. We use it every day and wouldn’t be without it.

I am very happy i paid a little more for this Combination Microwave Airfryer.Its very easy to use and cooks perfectly.Its a bit big when the box arrives but i am used to a 25ltr microwave. My wife wanted a new microwave and said she wanted a basic model when i looked i found this model. This is ideal for older people like me that does everything in one small ( ish ) unit.If you have not got one get it its great

Great looking oven, but we were surprised to find that the maximum convection cooking temperature was only 200degC and the maximum cooking time was only 60 minutes. Also there did not seem to be an auto-cook programme for baked potatoes, another surprise. No good for us, I'm afraid. Returned item, so back to Panasonic then.

First and foremost, the big round non-stick metal dish included in the box was badly warped. So that's one accessory that's going to be utterly useless from outset. However I posted the dish to Samsungs UK head office with a written complaint, and they Fedex'd me a sound replacement from the Netherlands.Second thing of note is that you can only set the clock through the SmartThings App' - which refuses to install on both mine, and the wife's Samsung Smartphones - would you believe! I could say something in this respect which would get this review censored! However there is a workaround, which is to turn it on at exactly midday as the clock defaults to that time.Thirdly, where is the airfrying dish? There's nothing in the box. No apparent Samsung accessory exists, even though Samsung refer to it in their literature, and online in respect to this very oven!Fourth, online this oven is said to have a three year warranty (see for yourselves on AO, Argos, El Al...) whereas the paperwork in the carton says that the warranty is a single year (don't know about you, but this influenced our decision to buy this device considerably ..)How about some uniformity Samsung? It's not too much to ask...All things aside it works well. The programming is very different to what we were accustomed to from our prior Panasonic, so it took a fair bit of "getting our heads around it". Having the option to stop the turntable is a bonus when you have a large dish to go into the oven.Grumbles? Noisy buzzer. Sometime's ear-splitting. It doesn't get to the 220°c heat which our former Panasonic combi-microwave did, so you do have to allow longer for some dishes to cook (but perhaps that higher temperature is why two Panasonic combi microwaves we've owned both died prematurely though...)

This is one of the most useful appliances in my kitchen. Very easy to use and so versatile. If you have limited space this is the microwave for you.

The air fryer isn’t great and the instructions for the controls are very poor , I’m still not sure on many functions

This microwave was a gift for my mum and I couldn't be happier! It made perfect roast potatoes using the hot blast function, the grill works nicely and of course it works well as a microwave! It's straightforward to use and looks nice. Perfect for those times when it seems silly to use the big oven for something small / quick. I'm very satisfied with my choice.
