Works great for traveling
We purchased to use when traveling by vehicle on long trips. Initially, we couldn't figure out why it wasn't getting cold but after reading instructions, we realized it needed to be out of the carrying case for proper circulation. After that, it worked perfectly!

Unit does convert to Fahrenheit
Unit does not convert to Fahrenheit from Celsius. I can't trust this with my medicine. Would advise not to purchase.

Nice and does the job.
Very nice, but max holding temperature is 18C. Would like 22C, so "normal" meds can be stored safely.

Works very well
I need a portable medication refrigerator for use with Humulin U-500 insulin. The vials are about 1-1/3 inches (3.3 cm) in diameter and must be kept between 35 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit (between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius). The first two medication refrigerators I tried didn't satisfy these criteria, despite descriptions that claimed to satisfy the requirements. This one did, and works very well. I used a data logging thermometer to confirm that the temperature was within range. It is also deep enough to fit the Humulin vials and several medication pens.It has a built-in handle and a separate carry bag. It can fit two Lithium batteries, each good for about 6 hours.

there is a wire that will eventually break from opening and closing the unit.
this unit worked absolutely amazing for 6 months. then the wire severed that connects the digital screen you can actually see the wire when you open the top it’s that little opening in the center and it started to give off an error and would no longer turn on . there is another review with the same issue. i reallyenjoyed this unit when it worked kept my meds at the temp they needed and i could bring it anywhere with me and the battery’s lasted over 8 hours. the company did end up giving me a full refund which i really did appreciate because it was past the refund time.

Worked great on our road trip and flight across country.

Cheap garbage
Worked acceptably for 90 days, then died completely. Also, controls are confusing and the buttons are WAY too sensitive. The settings change if a fly lands on a button. Don't even think of resting something on top of it. Avoid!
