I totally recommend trying these. I am taking venlafaxine and whilst it helps with my low mood I have found these actively lift my mood and help me to be more active and productive. I have tried several other saffron supplements but I notice a significant improvement with this particular one. Mental health isn't a one size fits all so these may not work for everyone but I would definitely recommend giving them a try. If you're going to see an improvement you will notice it before the 2 months are done

I’ve have purchased these several times now. I find that whilst I take them my mood lifts considerably! No I’m not depressed just a normal human being with life stressors! They always arrive quickly and in a good condition!

My honest opinion they have done nothing for me which is a real shame as I was expecting a lot from these after all the good reviews. I bought them to stop cravings I am a healthy 9stone female who exercises regularly and eats healthy so I do know how to manage my weight but I wanted something to make me feel fuller for longer or just to stop me thinking I’m hungry when I’m not but they didn’t do a thing. Also didn’t change my sex drive or mood so I won’t be buying again . I’ve been taking them everyday for a month now so they should be working by now.
