Excellent helmet, really really vague instructions
The helmet fit, connectivity, and comfort are all excellent. My main gripes are the vents for the chin are too small and the instructions included are so so bad.The vent issue keeps the helmet visor fogging up until I crack open the visor. This could be fixed in future versions of the helmet. The instructions on pairing the helmet for the intercom system are horrible and written in a font so small that mice squint to read them. The instructions do not say that the helmets will lose connection with each other once the helmet is turned off, requiring repairing and clearing the previous intercom pairing. That said, the FM radio is good. Voice commands from Google assistant and Alexa work when set up. The phone controls for music are also good, however I have to control volume for that function on my phone. The helmet causes the music to skip to the next song or repeat the last song played.Phone conversations are loud enough to be heard even with earplugs and the quality is acceptable.Overall, I like this helmet for the price. My Sena helmets are awesome too, but cost twice as much for what I feel is the same featured helmet. Solid buy.

third helmet in 8 years of riding, second bluetooth helmet and by far the best for the pricepoint
This helmet is awesome! My first helmet was a harley brand modular with a flat black finish that eventually became sticky and I just couldn't accept it anymore. My second helmet was a HAWK bluetooth helmet because I thought it would be nice to listen to music or even maybe make low-speed phone calls or accept calls at least while on the bike - nope, that didn't work. The HAWK was junk. The visor hinge broke in the first couple days, the helmet was very loud (wind noise) so I couldn't even hear music at moderate interstate speeds, and phone calls couldn't be heard and couldn't understand me above 25mph.This helmet feels like great quality, strong hinges, loud speakers, quiet when riding on the interstate, and I didn't even know or see that it has FM RADIO built in...wasn't I surprised this morning on my first ride with it and paired my phone and before I did much, a local radio station starts playing...even better!! Yes, I love it, I want another one for my wife when I start taking her on more rides. Comfortable, quiet, and awesome functions.

Helmet is great, bluetooth is 50/50
I ordered the XXL, my head is 24" and the fit is fantastic. The 3/4 flip up is great, visor and sun shades great. The vents re decent though the once near the mouth should be bigger to prevent fog when stopped. The helmet is pretty heavy but not too bad. I'm also an XXL so that prob has a factor in the weight. When helmet arrived it was just the bare hemet in a big box with packing paper around it. The bluetooth battery/module was missing as well as the carrying bag. Called amazon and a week later I got a brand new one packed in a branded box with bag and bluetooth battery. I think the one I was sent originally was a return. The helmet is great but the bluetooth is 50/50. The speakers are pretty loud but have zero bass and sound like the treble is turned all the way up. You can't skip songs either which is really annoying. The wheel for the controls can be spun a bit in either direction and you can press the wheel in as well. Pressing the wheel in switches between modes (Bluetooth, Intercom, FM Radio) When you press that button the bluetooth music gets really staticy/laggy it's terrible. The only way I've found to get it back to normal is by turning it off and on again. The FM radio sounds decent. Can't comment on the intercom as I've never used it and don't plan too. I think the worst part about the bluetooth (aside from not being able to skip songs) is if you get a call and don't answer it'll auto answer after 15 seconds. People on the phone say they can hear me decently enough at around 35mph.I'm prob gonna keep the helmet but I'll still look for one with better bluetooth better speakers.

Great Helmet for the money.
I've been riding for about 30 years and this is my first Bluetooth helmet. I read all the reviews before I purchased this and after wearing it for 24 hours in all kinds of weather, I'm not sure what people who give this bad reviews are expecting at this pricepoint? It's super comfortable and the venting is pretty good. I love the sunshield and had it down most of the time with the clear screen flipped up and I stayed very cool considering it was 94 degrees and sunny when I left.As for the bluetooth: I wear earplugs and even with them in, I could still hear the music (a little) but gps directions came in loud and clear at highway speeds. I took a phone call at 55mph and it was clear on both ends. I hit a few hours worth of RAIN and everything still works fine. I was a little worried because someone had said that their electronics went out after riding in rain.In all fairness, my bike has a large windscreen and that blocks some weather and wind, but regardless, this helmet held up to a lot of weather this past weekend and not a drip of water came in. Great helmet and I would certainly buy it again.
