It’s my absolute favorite move the “Deadbug”The exercise card packs from this brand is gentle on your joints but still effective. It’s like work smarter not harder.

Was a little. Disappointed
The set itself is fine, with clear instructions for each exercise and illustrations to go with them.I wanted more resistance band exercises since that is the setup I have in the house, along with a mini elliptical to keepe active with my sciatica. This pack had very few, and most were upper body movements.I would recommend these to others, but I'd prefer to see something else for me.

An absolutely fantastic set of workout cards for beginners and the experienced trainer.
As someone who has been into all kinds of sport and warrior fitness programs (Karate aerobics, boxing fitness, and Wrestling fitness. Circuit programs, HIIT routines, weight training, and numerous others) for more than 65 years I am always interested in anything to do getting into and maintaining a high degree of physical and mental fitness. When I saw these very interesting exercise cards (Pain Free Fitness: Fitness Fundamentals Flashcards) on the Amazon Vine program I sent for them. Even though I have seen and used fitness aid cards in the past there are several things that make this particular type unique. They include: There are 70 cards in this deck which has a wide variety of 60 plus different exercise movements. This deck is designed not just for beginners but also for trainers and coaches as well. It is organized to help you learn fitness basic principles. One of the fantastic things is how each section in the deck is designed to cover a specific area, which includes the following: Squat exercises, Hinge type movements, accessory lower body movements, push type exercises, pull type exercises, accessory upper body movements, core movements, core static type exercises, carry type movements, cardio exercises and finally training tips section. The photographs on these exercise cards are clear and in beautiful color making them a great training tool. In fact, there are enough different exercises to keep anyone from getting bored. As someone well into their senior years and still teaches chair/seated Tai Chi/Qigong/Yoga stretching to my fellow seniors I intend to also use these cards to help them better understand certain exercises and how to do them safely. These exercise cards include body weight movements, free weight exercises and resistance band exercises. It shows how you can do numerous exercises both with and without equipment. These wonderful cards have multiple practical uses for anyone whether a novice or exercise trainer. I highly recommend these “Pain Free Fitness” cards.Rating: 5 Stars. Joseph J. Truncale (Author: Chair/Seated/Yoga Stretching for seniors and the physically challenged).

Well organized, but incomplete without muscle breakdown
I appreciate the way these are organized, as well as the information on how to set up and execute each exercise, but without detailing which muscles are used, these aren’t very useful. Anybody who is serious about their workout targets specific muscle groups, and you can’t assume that most people will know exactly which muscles are targeted in each exercise. I just can’t go over three stars without that essential information.

This are fun!
These cards for fun! They are best when you are working out with a group of people so you just pull them and do what it says. Or I guess they’re good for beginners who don’t know what to do. They’re easy to use the instructions are easy to understand and I think they make the work out fun!

Great way to mix it up
These cards are perfect for beginners and make it simple to construct a workout plan with minimal to no workout equipment. There are multiple workouts for each body part and tips on how to maximize your workout without injury. These cards also have photo examples of each movement along with descriptions. Very happy with these.

Well made, basic exercises
I am in my late 40's, work as a swim coach, and am mother to competitive swimmers. Although I have a fairly sound base on fitness workouts to keep things fresh and new. This deck has served that purpose. This arrived in a sturdy cardboard box. There are dividers to indicate the different types of exercises. The cards themselves are sturdy and feel like they've been coated for longevity. The exercises are mostly basic and geared toward beginners. Each card features clear print and includes a picture and instructions, as well as a space for notes and what equipment is needed although often it doesn't say HOW to incorporate the equipment.I did find some instructions to be lacking -- for example although they do talk you through how to do a squat,. they don't call out common mistakes, like letting the knees go forward in front of the toes. It also doesn't include variations that would allow simple exercises to be modified to keep it interesting. Both would be simple inclusions.Although swimmers are known to focus on core strength, it is important to keep the body balanced for peak health and performance. This set allows us to pick one card per section and make sure we get a balanced workout. Also is easy to keep track and rotate or go random to keep it interesting. Although it is basic, it is useful.
