This is the 2nd brand I tried for Monolaurin. I have used Lauricare and I think I prefer this one over the other capsule kind. This works as advertised and those help with my inflammation. It says take 1 per serving BUT says you take 1-5 times a day, I guess it depends on your health needs.If this is your 1st time using this kind of supplement make sure you use it when you’re home coz it can upset your tummy (can cause runny poop the 1st 3 days at least in my case - this is common as it is the same case with my 1st monolaurin supplement I tried.Though this is on the expensive one, it still makes sense coz you can take 1 capsule compare to taking 2 capsules as your initial take.After 3 days my tummy feels better and it does helps me feel better.No funky smell and easy to swallow.

it didnt help at all for the pain and it gave me stomach aches and stomach bloating really bad.

I have known about the immunity support of lauric acid for a while, so at the beginning of the pandemic, I bought a big jar of organic coconut oil. Very good stuff, but not ideal for ease of use as a supplement. It's very nice to see a product that I can easily remember to take along with my other supplements, that will provide the same support without having to go to the kitchen, open a jar, dirty a spoon, and gulp down some oil. I know that's the height of laziness, but I know myself, and I know a supplement is worthless if you don't take it. A hundred day supply is reasonable for the price, especially for a high quality product from a high quality company.Good Buy!
