Bach Rescue Remedy Sleep - 20 ml, 2 Pack

This is an integral part of my nightly routine - part of my sleep hygiene regimen so I can fall asleep faster, and stay asleep longer. I have chronic insomnia, and I'd probably be insane by now without Rescue Remedy Sleep. It slows down all the things racing around in my head when I go to bed, and I can stop thinking about each thing, one by one, until there's nothing, and I fall asleep. I may wake up once during the night, but I can go right back to sleep.Another great use - I have a Cairn Terrier who is terrified of thunderstorms. He was kept in a cage, exposed to the elements at a puppy mill in Missouri for 5 years. When a storm would come up, he would begin to bark incessantly, and run around the living room. One spritz of Rescue Remedy or Rescue Remedy Sleep help him calm down, and I can get him up in my lap. Then he just lies there, content and calm (often nodding off if I used Sleep) for the duration of the storm, and often for a while after that. I love that there's a product safe for pets that's so soothing without necessarily being sedating.

This is by far, the best sleep remedy I have ever used. A few sprays under my tongue, and I am off to a sound sleep. For me, it completely stops all the thoughts that seem to surface just when I am ready to climb into bed. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I wouldn't use any other product for a "Good Nite's Sleep".

As an older adult I have had trouble going to sleep. This does not do that for me, but when I wake in the middle of the night it helps me fall back to sleep.

My kids say it tastes like honey and they love it. I was skeptical, but I swear it works, even on my hyper & anxious kiddo. We’re fans!

A Bach remedy user since 1985, I am sold on all the products and how they work. Bach rescue remedy even helped me revive birds who seemed dead (flew against windows) by putting a few drops of the remedy on their beak.I so welcome knowing about BACH RESCUE SLEEP- I give it to my husband who due to Fibrosis cannot take sleep medications and I am his care-giver who needs her sleep!

I ordered the spray by mistake, during a period on Amazon when the liquid was unavailable. The spray bottles sent are almost impossible to use - the pump sticks between uses and I have to push with the heel of my hand to get the spray to release. It also tastes bitter and alcohol-like while the liquid is sweet, syrupy and pleasant. Will work very hard to never ever err again in ordering any Bach spray product.

This stuff works wonders as a homeopathic way to "turn your brain off" before bed. Before using this each night, I would routinely spend 30-60 minutes a night lying in bed with my eyes closed, replaying the events of the day over and over without end or previewing tomorrow's events and possible decisions over and over before finally being able to fall asleep. My average time to sleep now is 5-10 minutes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
