I am not sure what people really expect from a part that is less than $25 USD you obviously are too cheap to go to apple to get genuine apple parts so to have something cost a fraction of the price this is going to have its down sides but not worth getting anything less than 5 stars. The adhesive at least on the one I got had 3M and it worked perfect. with the 8th and 9th Gen you have to remember that the after market home button will not work as a finger print scanner it will just function as a home button. Which I have found customers not really care about as most of these tablets now are just used for keeping their kids distracted.If you are looking for a cheap replacement screen for an ipad that is a few generations old then this is the part for you. Stop complaining about parts that you know is cheap if you are too cheap to buy the real parts.

The tape is bad and did not stick. The bottom of the screen popped up and the button came off and in. I had to reopen and correct it. The tempered glass shattered during removal and I use a hair dryer to heat the tape this time to get it to stick better. The new digitizer cracked during reinstallation. I said the heck with it and put a spare tempered glass cover over the broken screen and let the kids have it. The tape still did not hold it. The button came off and in and now has damaged the edge of the LED. Fix = the roll of super-sticky super tape, new LED, new digitizer, and cover =$150 on top of the original cost.

We have purchased this screen replacement kit twice now for our daughters iPad and both times have been incredibly easy. Clear instructions, good quality kit, and easy to do. Definitely recommend.

Worked great for what I needed it for the sticky part didn’t stick very well but we put it in a kid case anyways and it held it together pretty good. Did the job I needed it to for that price

it works with no troubles. the connectors weren't secured down and were a little stubborn to insert but once in the screen worked great. I liked the antenna's they were soft and durable and easy to fold over.

The screen arrived cracked. The touch screen is glitchy. The adhesive is terrible.

There was no glue and the screw driver was the wrong head. Also when all finished the screen was glitching. Overall very unsatisfied.
