I use these to make cookies that require a filling. They look very professional.

Honestly it took me a bit to get used to the nonstick material but after 2 or 3 uses I got the hang of it. It's actually easier to use than old school shells. Because the shell is a bit short I recommend thinning out the dough to get the best shape but the outer shape shows well even when the dough is thick. Also the detached bottom aids in making it easy to pop out the shell.

These worked great.My tartlets slid right out.No sticking at all.

I only got 11. I don't want to return them. I would like to receive the one that is missing. Idk how to do that on Amazon so this is my review. They look fine. I haven't used them yet.Definitely disappointed in the vendor, not the product.

I have been looking for something like these for quite a while for egg tarts.I actually found a good idea to make little cheesecake tarts for a Christmas party and these came out great. They do not stick; just push on the lower base to put release the entire tart from the mold and then remove the bottom base. Remember to let whatever your baking to cool, so it could set or you will risk breaking the crust. When you release your baked good from this mold, you do need to use some force, so it is a little nerve wrecking on whether your applying too much force. If you allow enough time to set and your crust is thick enough, you should be fine.

These little p[ans have worked flawlessly for me when I was making mini pecan pies for an event recently. The nonstick surface and push-up base made it super easy to remove the completed tarts and the fluted sides made the finished desserts look very festive. This is a great addition to my baking pan set!

The media could not be loaded.  I give home baked Christmas food to family and friends for gifts and wanted to find individual tins to make frangipani mince pies look a bit fancy. Ones I had were 4inch and were bit too big. These are perfect, just right size to have right proportions of homemade mincemeat, frangipani topping and delicious butter pastry. Made about 10 different sizes before I landed on this one. Pies /tarts are perfect size for gifts and not too big,or small, for sweet treat for family. Added bonus, they are perfect non stick and have removable base so pies slide out every time! Plus you get 12 so great for making batches and freezing, highly recommend!!

I bake a lot of tarts and pastry products, these are just what I need to use and they don't take a lot of space up in the cupboard.
