Good sound, great value.

A total letdown
I bought these after reading many bad reviews of Microsoft's own headset. That was a mistake. My friends complained that all game sounds were coming through my microphone and it was really annoying for them. Muting my speakers had no effect so I'm guessing there was a faulty wire in the headset connector. To make things even worse this headset is very uncomfortable after about an hour. The only decent thing about them is now I have a backup set of headphones to use in a pinch.

Piss poor. not loud enough, lots of feedback. Trash product. should have spent more and not bought this.

Mic stopped working after a few days
These worked great for a week or so, I had them replaced thinking they were defective. When I received the second package there was a sticker stating it was a "bonus" for a T-shirt. Needless to say, after a few days, the mic stopped working, however my kids still use them as regular headphones to listen to music. If you need them specifically for gaming, I would recommend looking elsewhere or spending a few more dollars for better quality.

Very average headset
Every time the cord moves there is static in the headset. The sound quality is average. This is a very average all around headset. If you’re looking for top quality look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a decent quality set without breaking the bank it works fine.
