I really love these headphones I have very small ears so it's very hard for me to find headphones that will stay in my ears. These headphones stay in my ears for a very long time without falling out and it came with 2 other sized pieces to make sure it's completely comfortable in your ears. I would recommend these headphones for everyone the noise canceling ability is impeccable.

These work great can hear well with them. Only complaint I have is the battery doesn't last long at all. The sound quality is great they are comfortable to wear n they were worth what I paid. Just wish the battery lasted longer.

So before I was using some cheap clunky ones I bought from five below figuring that I didn't want to take anything more expensive in case of loss at work (I'm an EMT so I'm constantly on the move and have a hard enough time keeping certain items with me). They both annoyed me so much with the lack of battery, uneven sound and weird placement in my ears that I decided to invest in something a bit more expensive. I chose these because I figured they'd be most compatible with my phone and I have a conch piercing so I need very specific fits as to disturb it too much.There were everything I expected and more. I love the color which I didn't think I'd be able to get with something refurbished (beggers can't be choosers). They feel so slick and like I said fit nice and comfortable in my ears. I still fear losing them at work but I can't complain about having them on me at all times.

I'm fine with buying refurbished items as long as they actually work. From the time I got these the case would not charge. Only the buds would charge. However, I had an old case that worked so I have kept it but if I didnt I would have returned this. Highly disappointed.

These are great! No dings or damage to the case or earbuds. They connected right up, updated & sound amazing! These are so much better then my Bose, I'm really glad I made the switch! **UPDATE 3mnths later** I am returning these before its too late. They won't stay in my ears after wearing them for about 20 mins. My ears get hot & moist & they slip out constantly! Also, everytime I push one back in the touch sense turns my volume up & down, I did set this feature before knowing I would be fiddling with them every 5 minutes. I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day so its not like im trying to run a marathon in them.
