Looked at getting an automatic hose reel for a year or two and decided try this one. Order came in a bit over a week and I went to install it. On trying it the hose would not lock in place just retract after you pulled it out. It was a bit disappointing but then I contacted the company's customer service. They always responded within 24 hours and were great to deal with. They sent a replacement reel quickly and it got here in less than a week. The new hose reel works great so far and appears to be a really good purchase. Seems sturdy and works as advertised. The price was fair, and it really helps out in the yard when watering which we do a lot. I would have given it 4 stars because of the initial order that didn't work properly, but their customer service was so responsive I gave it 5.

I can hung this hose that came already completely put together and ready to be hung. You will need help, it's heavy. Requires drilling to mount on the wall of choice. It also comes with a sprayer. I can't say enough wonderful things about this hose.the container swivels to make it easy to go wherever you need to water. The sprayer has multiple selections/choices for watering to get the job done. It's a great buyI've and several of my neighbors bought 1 after seeing mine. I hope

Great hose reel and I have owned a bunch. This one retracts well and the quality seems very high.

Does not retract very well. The last 10 to 20 feet of hose is a nightmare to get to go in. Also the hose kinks very easily, cutting off water supply. Wouldn’t recommend.Edit - I found that if you have water in the hose it won’t roll itself in all the way. Key is to turn off the water and relieve the pressure and let the hose reel itself in while holding the trigger of the water sprayer allowing the water to come out as it rolls in. Since I found this out, I’ll raise the rating from two stars to four. But can’t give it five full stars because I’ve had others that will reel in all the way with water and pressure in the hose.

It works well, and I liked the mounting hardware they include. You’ll need a 22 millimeter masonry drill to drill into concrete block. The large plastic wall anchors worked very well.The unit looks nice, and works well. I like it better than the Giraffe retractable hose reel I also have in the front of my home.

The media could not be loaded. SO I just got my hose today. The box was not damaged but the packaging looked used inside. I proceeded with installing and when I turned on the water, it leaked like crazy. I thought maybe they forgot to connect the supply hose inside, so I opened the yellow cover, and ... the plastic connector is broken, dangling in the air. This is just bad quality and no quality control. Now, obviously after all the holes in the house I would rather have the seller change it, but this option is not available. Ughh. I'm hosed!-- Update 1--While Amazon approved the return, I really wanted an exchange. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. They said they would fedex me a replacement. I requested a tracking number and received it immediately. a couple days later I had a new hose, and this time it worked OK- no leaks. This is a good service and I appreciate the problem being resolved quickly.-- Update 2 --Barely used the hose this summer but very quickly I learned that it does not roll itself back. it gets stuck and the more you try to pull, the more stays out. The only way that sometimes work is to pull the whole hose out and then let it retract. This is too much of a hassle - this product is useless.Now that the hose works without leaks here are my observations:The mechanism for retracting the hose works great. I don't have it many days but so far so good. I like the gizmo that shifts the hose for continuous adjacent rolling. The hose itself is heavy so if you have the whole length pulled out and it's full of water - it is heavy to move, but I guess that is to be expected. I like the metal pole used for holding the contraption to the wall mount. Makes it easy to remove for winter storage. The sprayer is pretty basic, so I changed it. Overall it is a solid build product which I hope will last.One final word - be aware that if you want to return the item, the seller requires shipping it to China at your expense, and that costs more than the retractable hose.

l've used this all summer nearly daily, from washing the car to watering the yard. every ti outme it has been recoiled for storage and hasn't so much as skipped a beat. one tug releases and another tug locks. it's slick and truly makes me happy every time it winds that hose up so tidy and effortlessly. Assembly was four screws into my wall, I will note that I click the lock sprayer open when recoiling so the water doesn't stay in the hose for storage, not all of if it anyway

I like the length but it does not rewind all the time very temperamental
